I know its version is 17.0 but we all can develop our own applications using any version but lightroom for android is used by google. A user can download it with many versions for free as well, but in the case of lightroom for android.
I will help you guys now with this tutorial, by following few steps.
After installation open up lightroom mobile and create a new folder in that lightroom-mobile directory and then select the directory and copy and paste the given code. Now move inside the same directory and press enter to start coding.
Once done successfully open up your device menu, scroll down and check off one by one and install them. As soon as the lightroom mobile is installed on your device, it should ask permission to access the location of the application. So open that app on your device and it will ask if you want to allow or permit for storage and other files. Tap accept.
Run the application in that lightroom-mobile folder.
It should take some time for the application to load the data.
